America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel’s podcast, Howie Mandel Does Stuff, is officially joining podcast network The Roost. Mandel has co-hosted the podcast with his daughter, Jackelyn Shultz, since 2020.

Howie Mandel’s Podcast Joins The Roost Network

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the podcast Howie Mandel Does Stuff is joining The Roost, which is the podcast network of Rooster Teeth, a Warner Bros. Discovery digital media subsidiary. The deal gives The Roost exclusive ad sales and merchandise rights for the podcast.

Under the network, the project will also grow as a video podcast. Fans can currently check out clips from the podcast interviews, featuring celebrities such as fellow AGT stars Heidi Klum and Terry Crews, on YouTube.

“It’s clear to us that this podcast has energized his already loyal fanbase, allowing them a deeper, and less filtered connection with Howie. The dynamic between him and his daughter has also helped endear Howie to millennials and Gen Z, the audiences we specialize in,” said Rooster Teeth’s Alan Abdine. “We’re thrilled to bring Howie into The Roost and help his podcast grow in this next phase of his career.”

In addition to interviewing guests, Mandel also uses his podcast to open up about his own life and career. In July, he shared that comedy makes him nervous these days, saying, “I’m nervous that I’m going to get canceled. I’ve almost been canceled a couple times this year.”

Mandel also shared that his hosting gig on Deal or No Deal came at a difficult time in his career, and he initially turned down the offer to do the show. He eventually ended up taking the job thanks to encouragement from his wife Terry.

You can listen to new episodes of the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast on Tuesdays.
