Studio

GSA's studio-based approach to research and teaching brings disciplines together to explore problems in new ways and find innovative solutions. The studio creates an environment for inter-disciplinarity, peer learning, critical enquiry, experimentation and prototyping, helping to address many of the grand challenges confronting society and contemporary business.

A Creative City

Glasgow is recognised as a European cultural capital, and central to this success is the role of the GSA. After graduation, nearly 60% of GSA alumni stay in the city that has become home over the course of their studies. Together, through collaboration, innovation and their international networks, they sustain and grow Glasgow’s cultural, creative and economic vibrancy and opportunities and its position as one of the UK’s largest creative communities.

GSA Creative Network

The GSA Creative Network is a vibrant and dynamic approach to supporting and maintaining relationships with their global network of over 22,000 GSA students, graduates, industry partners, collaborators and supporters. Students and alumni have access to tailored services, support, opportunities and discount on further study. Their network spans all disciplines, a multitude of industries, and 95 countries around the world.
